Spring AI Alibaba community adopts a hierarchical role system, each role has clear responsibilities and promotion standards
Project Management Committee
Project Management serves as the project management committee for Spring AI Alibaba project. Its members are individuals who have made significant contributions to the evolution and development of the Spring AI Alibaba project, including the following standards:
Core Development Capability
- Complete design and development of multiple key modules or projects
- Core developer of the project
Continuous Commitment
- Sustained commitment and passion
- Actively participate in community, website, Issue, PR and other project maintenance
Community Influence
- Has visible influence in the community
- Can represent Spring AI Alibaba to participate in important conferences and events
Talent Development
- Awareness of cultivating Committers and Contributors
- Ability to develop talent
Project Management Members are selected from senior Committers, discussed and voted on by all Project Management members, and require more than half of the total votes to be elected.
Committer
Committers are individuals with repository write permissions, including the following standards:
Continuous Contribution
- Able to make continuous contributions over a long period
- Individuals who continuously contribute Issues and PRs
Important Feature Contributions
- Made important feature contributions to the community
Community Participation
- Participate in Issue list maintenance
- Important feature discussions
- Host community weekly meetings and participate in sharing
Quarterly Plan Participation
- Participated in at least 1 community quarterly active contributor plan
Code Review
- Participate in code review
Committers are nominated and voted by Steering Committee members, requiring at least 3 affirmative votes to be elected.
Contributor
Contributors are individuals who have contributed to the project. The standard is: submitted a PR and it was merged.
